3-YEAR QUICKLEASH™ WARRANTY

We are confident in the quality of our products, which is why we provide a 3-year warranty on QuickLeash™ so that you can trust us. And time will prove the reliability of PEIKO® products. The warranty covers every detail of the QuickLeash™, from the extremely durable cord and construction to the cover, brake and magnetic base.

If you experience a malfunction, we will repair and replace any defective parts (in the QuickLeash™ machine) free of charge, and we will cover the cost of reshipping to the customer. At the same time, the customer must return the product deemed defective to the PEIKO office for inspection at his own expense.

The PEIKO® Quickleash ™ is not waterproof due to complex small components, and if it is immersed in water, it can result in warranty loss and stuck.

We recommend that you attach a photographic proof of the proof of correct address. In case of incorrect addressing, if the package does not reach us and is sent back, we cannot reimburse the fee for the incorrect addressing.

We can only provide warranty repair or replacement if the QuickLeash™ unit shows no signs of disassembly or stretching with a knife or other sharp tool, or any cover manipulation.

SIZE EXCHANGE WARRANTY

Your satisfaction is our top priority, and to make sure all our customers are satisfied with PEIKO® products, we offer an easy-to-use exchange and refund policy. If the size or style of the product you order is not right, just send it back to us and we'll mail you a new one free of charge, ensuring you have the best quality and fitting gear for your active lifestyle. Please keep in mind that for the warranty to be valid, the returned product must be fully clean and unused.
